For the picnic we have zucchini cake..

Ada invited us for a picnic and Ill bring flat cake.

I really wanted to bake a zucchini cake and found the recipe at the website of chefkoch.de.

The picnic guests loved this juicy cake! I can only recommend this recipe, especially since it is really fast and easy.

Zucchini- flat cake

3 eggs
10.6 oz brown sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 pack baking powder
14.1 oz flour
1 cup oil
3.5 oz ground hazelnuts
1.1 Ibs grated zucchini
shell of a untreated orange

Coating:
7 oz white couverture
coconut shavings

1.     Preheat oven at 356F.
2.     Make dough out of the first 7 ingredients.
3.     Add zucchini and ground nuts.
4.     Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and spread dough on it.
5.     Bake in oven for about 30-40min, until the cake passes the toothpick test.
6.     Let cake cool down and spread couverture on it. Who wants, can spread coconut shavings on top.
